Flower Substitution Policy

Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your floral arrangement or gift item is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to each order received so as to ensure that the arrangement that is created is as similar as possible to the requested item.

Flowers

In flower arrangements the colours shown on-line will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.

For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements e.g. a dozen roses, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but there may be a substitution with another colour if the original colour is not available.

If the container shown on-line is not available, a similar container will be used.

Plants

For green and blooming plants, similar plants of equal or greater value may be used as a substitution if the original plant is unavailable.

For one-of-a-kind plants we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another colour if the original colour is unavailable.

Gift Baskets

If we are out of stock of a particular item we may substitute a similar product of equal or greater value without compromising the overall design, theme, colour and quality of the gift basket.
